NGC 4755 Jewel Box
Details
John Herschel described this open custer in the constellation of Crux as a superb piece of fancy jewellery. Hence the name Herschels Jewel Box. NGC 4755 is one of the finest open clusters of the southern skies. It is also a very young star cluster which includes some of the brightest stars in the milkyway galaxy.
