The Plejades M45


Details

M45 the Plejades ist the most popular and known open cluster at the night sky at all. Young stars form this cluster and their light is scattered by interstellar dust. The plejades are relevant in many cultures for hundreds of years. They are called the seven sisters in England and the US, Subaru in Japan and Soraya in Arabic Culture.
