Rho Ophiuchi/Antares Region (2011)


Details

The Antares and Rho Ophiuchi region is probably the most colorfull region of the nightsky. Yellow and blue reflection nebula and red HII emission nebula within lots of interstellar dust. Served with several globular clusters, this arrangement is cosmic art.

Objects in the field are: Antares, Rho Ophiuchi, IC 4604, IC 4603, M4, M80, NGC 6144 and Sh2-9.
