NGC 6334 Cat´s Paw Nebula

Details

NGC 6334, also known as the Cat’s Paw Nebula, is an emission nebula in the constellation of Scorpius. Along with NGC 6357 it lies in the sting of Scorpius in a part of the Milky Way traversed by dense dark nebulae. The red light of the hydrogen ionization seems almost mystical in the otherwise so dark environment.
